PaellaHome was born from a passion for authentic Mediterranean cooking. We cook paella the traditional Spanish way — bomba rice, real saffron, and a slow flame that gives the rice its golden crust (socarrat). Nothing is pre-made; we start cooking when you order, and deliver it fresh in its serving pan.
